Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is how cancellations work at Alabaster Bookshop:

Requesting a Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us immediately at team@alabasterbookshop.com with your order number.

Once Shipped
If your order has already been processed and shipped, you cannot cancel the order. However, you may return the item once it arrives according to our Refund Policy.

Out of Stock
In the rare event that a book you ordered is no longer available (as we deal in unique, used copies), we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
